A little about myself – Um pouco sobre mim

My name is Cinthia Ferreira and I am a teacher and translator currently living in Canada. I offer English and Portuguese courses to adult learners and business professionals of all levels worldwide. I'm a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and have been teaching Portuguese and ESL for more than fifteen years in language schools, companies and private classes. My courses are designed to meet the student's specific learning needs. My main interest is to develop practical, relevant and effective skills and knowledge. My classes are generally conducted via Skype. Scheduling is flexible and a variety of course types are available. I create and design my own materials and I also use a variety of interesting websites and publishers’ online materials to make the teaching and learning process more interactive and fun. Meu nome é Cinthia Ferreira, sou professora e tradutora e atualmente moro no Canadá. Eu ofereço cursos de Português e Inglês para adultos e profissionais de todos os níveis ao redor do mundo. Sou falante nativa de português brasileiro e ensino Português e Inglês há mais de quinze anos em escolas de idiomas, empresas e aulas particulares. Meus cursos são projetados para atender às necessidades específicas de aprendizagem do aluno. Meu maior interesse é desenvolver habilidades e conhecimentos práticos, relevantes e efetivos. Minhas aulas geralmente são realizadas via Skype. O agendamento das aulas é flexível e uma variedade de tipos de curso estão disponíveis. Eu crio e disponibilizo meus próprios materiais e também uso uma variedade de sites interessantes e materiais on-line de editoras para tornar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem mais interativo e divertido.
